A collaboration between The Cocteau twins and the keyboardist/composer, Harold Budd. A haunting record full of Budd's Eno-like keyboard and piano soundscapes topped with Elizabeth Fraser's wordless or smothered vocals (that make you want to hum along even though you can't make out the words) and the layered guitars of Robin Guthrie and Simon Raymonde. More often than not, filed under 'dream pop' this is the Cocteau Twins carrying on where they left off from Victorialand.
