Pulled together by the prodigiously talented Zach Condon (who seems to have gone all frenchy for the second album) this is a folksy indie album at heart but its multilayered influences stop it being anything you'd expect. Mariachi horns, French-tinged accordion, marching bands…a smorgasbord of influences are laid out to hear. Give 'Nantes' a listen and you'll see what we mean.
