hi i want to post a picture of a flyer for a new night but not sure how to do it.
please could somebody help????

Sure. First you need to upload it to somewhere that hosts pictures such as Photobucket first. When you upload it there, they will provide you with a URL. Copy that and Then click on the picture icon on the top far left of the text box (like the one I'm writing this reply in now). Hit return. That's it.
