ever had a wierd djing dream? i seem to have the them quite often...<br />last one i was playing at a mates 30th in a club, on a podium overlooking the dancefloor at about head-height.<br />i was playing old cheese (alison limerick, FPI, C&amp;C) and everytime i mixed in the next tune the birthday boy slapped me in the head with a sleeve and then went back to dancing. fair enough.<br />then my record crate - which was in front of me - fell off the podium onto the floor.<br />i walked around the side of the podium to get it and found the dancefloor was actually about 40 feet below me and moving further away every second...<br />woke up, fretted, vowed never to buy old cheese off gemm again... ooops.<br />anyone else?

I recall a &quot;can't find the next record that I want to play&quot; dream where everything I did see in the my record box got increasingly more unsuitable as the record playing ran out and there was just silence as I paniced and considered playing the same track again...<br /><br />DG<br />

indeed. along the same lines as 'meeting the queen for lunch - oh no, i'm naked' :)<br />my other classic, which seems to happen all the time, is finding THE record shop. y'know, the one with every tune you've ever wanted and hunted for in it... oh the joy! the joy! ;D<br />&quot;look! &quot;Cold Wold&quot;! &quot;Caught Up&quot;! &quot;Whip of the Rhythm&quot;! and they're only 50c each!&quot; etc etc... then you always, ALWAYS wake up just as you get to the counter...<br />stupid subconscious, i should stick you with a cotton bud :P
