Agreed... a classic mix for any self respecting house / techno heads. It's the transition from garage, through house / disco house, twisted deep grooves ending up in mad deep detroit techno territory. Some great passages in this mix – and not done on a computer. The first hour has a great clubby, party vibe. Really love the track by Basco - 'Da Fonky Tripshit'. Still sounds totally fresh and unlike anything else I've heard. Kind of broken beat way before all that developed. I think they were dutch? I blame the shmoke. Recommended mix.

Most records of them are timeless. I cleaned a lot of my old fresh fruit's lately and they are still all ace. Check Dobre's sideprojects too. He did really great stuff.
