This Friday we welcome Joel Martin, who has released one of our favourite records this year under the Quiet Village Project, which he runs with Matt Edwards (Radioslave). For those who don't know yet, the record is well worth checking out (a Balearic gem) and was released on 'Whatever We Want Records' - a quirky label, which has also released material by Map of Africa, a collaboration between DJ Harvey and Thomas Bullock of Rub & Tug.
We hear that Joel sports a rather fine high-gloss collection, so come down and check him out. We should also have a few European friends in the house, who have traveld from places like Finland, Belgium and Holland to make it to our Disco Convention do the following evening.
In that sense, excpect a nice warm up to a fun fuelled weekend!
